Description 4kids Entertainment (commonly known as 4Kids) was an American film and television production company that had produced the 2003 TMNT cartoon and acted as the licensor for TMNT in general from 2003-2009 This signed folder was used by 4 Kids to distribute promotional material. We found a small stack of these in the studios which Kevin signed in gold ink. These are in good but not pristine condition. – A fun collectible for fans of this time in the TMNT history.
